Close out the weekend. Set your intention. Reset for the week ahead.
Evening Flow is a 50-minute virtual trauma-informed yoga practice designed to help you transition out of the day and create intentional space for yourself. Each class begins with an opportunity to arrive, check in, and connect with the group before moving into a guided yoga practice.
Throughout class, movement is invitational and grounded in choice-making, non-coercion, present-moment awareness, and shared authentic experience. You’ll be encouraged to notice what you're experiencing, explore what feels accessible, and make choices that work for you.
Weekly themes and reflection will offer opportunities to consider what you want to carry with you, what you may be ready to release, and what you want to make room for as you move into the week ahead.
No previous yoga experience is needed.

Start your day grounded, focused, and ready for what’s next.
Morning Flow is a 50-minute virtual trauma-informed yoga practice created to give you intentional time with yourself before the demands of the day begin. Rather than immediately jumping into your to-do list, this class offers space to move, check in with yourself, and consider how you want to approach the day ahead.
Classes incorporate choice-making, non-coercion, present-moment awareness, and shared authentic experience, giving you opportunities to notice what you're experiencing in your body and make decisions about how you want to move.
Expect a combination of movement, body awareness, intention-setting, and community designed to help you begin your day more connected to yourself and intentional about how you want to show up.
No previous yoga experience is needed.

Private sessions offer a more personalized approach to trauma-informed yoga and mind-body wellness. Rather than following a predetermined class, we'll use your goals, interests, and what you're noticing in your life to help shape our time together.
Sessions may include brief psychoeducation to help you better understand the connection between the brain, body, stress, and everyday experiences, followed by a movement practice tailored to your wants, needs, and preferences.
You might use private sessions to explore stress and nervous system regulation, build greater body awareness, create a more consistent movement practice, work toward personal wellness goals, or simply have dedicated time to slow down and be present with yourself.
Throughout each session, movement is invitational and choice-centered. There is no expectation to perform, keep up, or move in a particular way.
Private sessions may include:
Brief mind-body psychoeducation
A personalized yoga or movement practice
Space to identify and work toward personal wellness goals
Opportunities for reflection and body awareness
Practices you can continue exploring between sessions
No previous yoga experience is needed. We'll start with where you are and build from there.

A themed group experience that combines trauma-informed movement, psychoeducation, and community connection. Each session centers on a specific topic (anxiety, grief, stress, relationships, identity, or life transitions) and explores how these experiences can influence the way we think, feel, and move through the world. Participants are invited to engage in movement, reflection, and discussion while exploring self-awareness and personal wellbeing.
